Klarna Payments FAQs
How do I pay with Klarna?
At checkout, simply select Klarna as your payment method. You don’t need to create a Klarna account — just choose ‘Pay Later with Klarna’ and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Once your order is confirmed, Klarna will send you an email with payment instructions. You can then manage and pay your invoice easily through the Klarna app or via www.klarna.com.
Please note:
- Your billing and shipping address must be in the same country.
- Klarna may run a quick credit assessment.
- The purchase limit may vary per account or region.
- If your Klarna payment fails, try again with a smaller amount or another payment method.
Returns with Klarna
If your payment due date is near and your return is still being processed, we recommend you pause your payment in the Klarna app to avoid reminders. Klarna will update your balance or issue a refund once your return has been confirmed by us.
If you’ve received a payment reminder but already returned your item, please contact Klarna Customer Service directly here.
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days after your return is completed.
