Returns

To start a return, please contact us at support@aestheticwolf.com and mention the order number you wish to return. We will get back to you with further instructions of how to return your order.

 

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the order being delivered to the customer (unless stated otherwise during promotional periods/festive holidays). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.

Please note, we do not accept returns on Gift Cards or Underwear for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights, please submit an enquiry to our Member Care team for more information. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Returns with us are free in most countries, we only deduct a processing fee of €3.95 from the refund total.

Please allow 5 to 10 working days for returns to be processed once we have received them.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of products. The fastest way to ensure your replacement is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if any item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
