From when until when is the sale running?

Our 2025 Black Week Sale is starting Sunday Nov 23 at 7pm CET for early access members and Monday Nov 24 at 7pm CET for general access.
The sale runs until Monday Dec 2 at midnight. There will be no further sale periods in 2025.

Will I need a discount code to shop the sale?

No. All prices are as marked, no codes are needed.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your order to be shipped during this high-volume period.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code and link via email. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Can I return my Black Friday order?

Starting Nov 23rd until Jan 31st, we offer extended returns for holiday shopping, including if/when you want to shop Christmas gifts during Black Friday. You can request a return/exchange within 60 days after arrival.
